The total duration of the training is approximately 2 years.

The in-person training days will be held at Logomo, Junakatu 9, Turku.

The in-person sessions will generally take place monthly, in two consecutive-day blocks.
Duration and Location of Training
The goal of the training is to provide participants with foundational knowledge and skills in coaching counseling, working as a counselor, and to equip them with the ability to function as a counselor with individuals, communities, and organizations.

The training encompasses 60 ECTS credits and consists of in-person sessions, practical coaching supervision, literature, and a final thesis (see the reading list).

In-person sessions are held in two-day blocks approximately once a month. The total number of contact hours is 252, including training supervision.

The training includes 50 hours of group-based coaching supervision for students, with each session lasting 45 minutes.

The final thesis is a written paper, approximately 15 ECTS credits in length.

You will study in a fixed group throughout the program. Peer learning is an essential part of the education.

Attendance is mandatory, and any absences must be compensated in agreement with the responsible trainer.

Participation Fee: This includes instruction and coaching supervision (supervision of coaching) during seminar days, as well as study guidance. Costs for travel, accommodation, or meals are not included in the participation fee. Express your interest in the training here.
Accepted participants must pay a non-refundable advance reservation fee of €250 + VAT. The training can be paid flexibly, in up to four installments.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the training, 30% of the training fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs after the training has started or if the participant fails to notify of their cancellation and does not attend, the full training fee will be charged. Cancellations must be made by email to info@welovemondays.fi. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
In case of illness, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a certificate from a healthcare professional. If authorities restrict freedom of assembly, some training days may be conducted remotely, which does not entitle to a price reduction.
Participation Fee and Cancellation Policy
Admission to the training requires at least a university of applied sciences level education and work experience. The suitability of the student is assessed through an interview with the respective trainers. The selection criteria for the training focus on previous education, work experience, and personal suitability for the program. After registration, applicants who meet the criteria will be invited for a personal interview.
