Hi! I’m Mari, a work and organizational psychologist (PsL) from Turku. I have nearly 20 years of experience working with various work communities, both in Finland and abroad. I particularly enjoy the world of growing companies, but I am also passionate about leadership, work community dynamics, teams, and improving work well-being. I am also a work supervisor, process consultant, occupational health psychologist, and experienced in conducting personal assessments. In 2024, I will graduate as a service designer and I hope to help companies develop supportive work cultures and tailored leadership practices in the future. I am very happy to work in English and, if needed, in Swedish as well. I live in Turku but am accustomed to traveling and have extensive experience in training in virtual environments. I enjoy training on a variety of work and organizational psychology topics. In my consulting work, my main principle is to ask the right questions so that the work community can find the most suitable answers for itself rather than having them provided from the outside. I believe in people’s ability to resolve even difficult situations through collaboration!

Regarding Mondays: Since becoming an entrepreneur, the significance of weekdays has become more flexible, but Monday is often the day when I get answers to the questions I pondered over the weekend, and things can start rolling forward again!
